hat is the process from green beans to the final cup ?
Upon arrival of the green beans, we conduct inspections including moisture content analysis. We then carefully design the roast profile, perform sample roasting on the IKAWA, and confirm the final direction through cupping and other evaluations. Finally, we roast the beans using the Loring S7 with full hot-air, oxygen-free circulation.
